My name is Sonia Rebelo. I just attended your 4 day NLP training this past April 18-21. I’m not sure if you remember me but I’m the girl that always sat in the front row everyday and that you gave the $100 bill to after your demonstration about money.

First off, I want to say I enjoyed those 4 days so much. I can’t wait to take all the other workshops and courses you offer. May take a lifetime of saving but they are so worth it!

The reason I’m writing to you is to show you my gratitude and to say thank you so much for everything you offered in those 4 days.

The one thing that stands out the most was that “money” demonstration.
I found it so interesting how energetically you chose me to help you with that demonstration.

For most of my life I have been taken advantage of, walked all over, too nice to stick up for myself, always the nice person, everyone taking taking taking and never being given any sort of gratitude or thank you in return.

What the audience and yourself didn’t know is that I have such a difficult time accepting anything or receiving anything good in my life. Whenever someone would compliment me I would say something negative. Whenever someone gave me a gift I had a hard time receiving it. I push everything away that is good. I guess deep inside I feel I’m not deserving, not good enough or something along those lines. I get so uncomfortable with receiving.

In the past year, I’ve come to understand that the reason I am not prosperous in health, wealth and relationships is because of this.
During the demonstration when you said, “Thank you so much.” I just wanted to cry. Tears of gratitude. It touched my heart. And made me realize a number of things that I would like to release and forgive within myself.
I don’t think you realize how much that $100 bill and those words… “Thank you” mean to me. It taught me a valuable lesson. And energetically you couldn’t have chosen the most suitable person to demonstrate gratitude.

I will keep that $100 bill in my wallet to show me that I am deserving of good things. And that there are people out there that are generous and show gratitude. And in turn, I want to release the past and be able to show that same honest gratitude and generosity.

Thank you so much. Your example really touched my heart.

My dream is to go to Hawaii and release my traumatic past and find forgiveness within myself and towards others.

Thank you so much again for coming into my path.

I hope to continue my learning so that I may help others to release their past and find their true purpose in life.

My daughter was a little nervous as she was heading out the door to school
saying “There’s no way I’m going to remember everything for my Science test
today” – so I asked her if she wanted a quick technique to make it really
easy to access everything her brain had learned in the class without having
to think really hard”.
She said “Okay mom – (slight sarcastic tone )
So I showed her the Awareness technique of getting in the zone. Focus
forward, fingers move back to peripheral edge and be aware of them
wiggling. She did it and immediately shifted into it for a minute then ran
off to school.
She came home from school today and said the test went great and that she
had shared the technique with the entire class before the test (“Everyone
looked pretty funny looking at the teacher :p”) so they all have that tool
to access the zone now.

Cool! One tiny little moment of awesomeness today and that was in my
super-tired state of arriving home at 5am – can’t wait to start applying
all of it!

I view this weekend as a mind-blowing, life altering, eye-clearing, path
creating experience that has excited every cell in my being to experience
it all to the fullest.
