Kona University (and the Empowerment Partnership – a division of Kona University) admits students of any race, color, sex, age, marital status, non-disqualifying disability to the extent of the law, religion or creed, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and does not discriminate in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, or other school-administered programs. For those students who feel an appeal/grievance is unresolved, they may contact the Board of Directors through the President of Kona University.
